The Anatomy of Public Corruption

SF-Marin Food Bank - After bankrupting Pete Bennett they offer him food?

SF-Marin Food Bank - Following the leadership to my losses on the path to homelessness

From this page I'll build a strong case that persons connected to the food bank are part of the extensive losses suffered by Pete Bennett.  The strongest connection is Bennett v. Southern Pacific witness murder in 1989.

Salesforce.Com - he's got his tower and Bennett founder of Nomoreh1b gets the dog house?

Salesforce.Com - he's got his tower and Bennett founder of Nomoreh1b.blogspot.com

gets the dog house?

Pete Bennett founder activist came out against the H-1b visa after litigation involving Russian and Ukrainian bases operators.

During this litigation offices belonging to attorney Don Moats we're burned down in Walnut Creek California just after 9/11.

Also during that. Bennett was contracted to AT&T and likely deployed the virus called nimda which destroyed networks around the globe.

Bennett didn't take the events at AT&T lately and he called the FBI that showed up rather quickly.

He was told that the u.s. attorney wasn't interested in Prosecuting cases with involving only $80,000 and projected losses but Bennett knew he could not win his case local Court cuz he's already lost Millions.

So they call them the titans of tech nobody told you that their bargaining Advantage was cheaper labor thousands of them.

Benioff is well aware of my plight as is Larry Ellison they've been so helpful that he still sleeps in the cold sometimes in the rain father gets beaten and attacked in the Walnut Creek Public Library.

Note: Before Salesforce.Com, Inc. can hire foreign workers permanently or temporarily, it must file labor certifications with the Department of Labor(DOL), demonstrating that it is paying the required wage for the positions in the geographic region where the jobs are located. Above table reports Labor Condition Application(LCA) for H1B visa and Labor Certification(LC) for green card filed by Salesforce.Com, Inc.. The data only indicates the number of applications filed by Salesforce.Com, Inc.. It does not mean that Salesforce.Com, Inc. actually got the visa and hired the workers.

Our LCA data includes LCA submitted for not only new employment, but also continuation or change in previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, change in employer and amended petition. Usually, only LCA for new employment needs H1B Visa quota if it is not cap-exempt.

Salesforce.Com, Inc. has applied for 5,673 LC and LCA from fiscal year 2016 to 2018. But this does not mean they really hired 5,673 foreign workers during this period. The visa applications might have been denied. When an employee renews or transfers his H1B visa or change work location under some circumstances, he will also file a new LCA application.

Department of Labor(DOL) typically certifies more than 3 times the number of foreign work requests than the number of H1B visas issued by USCIS. So there is no one to one relationship between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the number of H1B work visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Salesforce.Com has been rated by 1 people, the average rating is 5.0.

(CNN) Bernard Tyson, the CEO of Kaiser Permanente, died in his sleep early Sunday at the age of 60,

Yep Pete knows Kaiser from the inside but when
Kaiser needed a programmer they called Pete Bennett
Apparently over 20 years of IT Experience he wasn't qualified

(CNN)Bernard Tyson, the CEO of Kaiser Permanente, died in his sleep early Sunday at the age of 60.

Between 2000 and up to around 2007, Pete Bennett ended up in the ER many times with a litany of unusual medical maladies.  Most incidents Bennett was treated at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez CA.  Many of his caregivers were connected to the larger bay area Mormon community which extends into Salt Lake City and members of family.

(CNN)Bernard Tyson, the CEO of Kaiser Permanente, died in his sleep early Sunday at the age of 60, the company confirmed to CNN Business. Tyson had served as chief executive since 2013 and chairman since 2014 after a more than 30-year career with the company.
In addition to leading one of the nation's largest nonprofit health plans, Tyson was the company's first black CEO and a champion for accessible healthcare, racial justice and workplace diversity. Time Magazine named him to its "100 Most Influential People" list in 2017 and its list of 50 top leaders in healthcare in 2018.
"An outstanding leader, visionary and champion for high-quality, affordable health care for all Americans, Bernard was a tireless advocate for Kaiser Permanente, our members and the communities we serve," the company said in a statement Sunday.
Based in Oakland, California, Kaiser Permanente is a not-for-profit hospital and health insurance system serving 12.3 million people in eight states and the District of Columbia. Executive Vice President and Group President Gregory Adams has been named as interim chairman and CEO, the company said Sunday.
During his tenure at Kaiser, the company grew its workforce of 174,000 to 218,000 people, and its annual revenue from $53 billion to nearly $83 billion. Tyson also served on the board of directors for the American Heart Association and Salesforce and was a member of the Business Council, a group of the United States' 200 leading CEOs.
"A light unto this world has gone out," Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, tweeted Sunday. "He always did so much for others & the world. One of the world's greatest CEOs. I will always remember him with LOVE in my heart."
In recent years, Tyson has become known as a leading voice on issues of race.
After the 2014 shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, Tyson published an essay titled "It's Time to Revolutionize Race Relations" detailing the different ways he was treated in the C-Suite versus his everyday life.
"You would think my experience as a top executive would be different from a black man who is working in a retail or food service job to support his family. Yet, he and I both understand the commonality of the black male experience that remains consistent no matter what the economic status or job title," Tyson wrote, adding that he had been followed in high-end stores and had servers in restaurants explain to him how to tip "since apparently black men don't understand this concept."
The day before his death, Tyson spoke at a conference on equity in healthcare and technology. Earlier that week, Tyson spoke on a panel at the AT&T Business Summit, where he discussed the need for companies to be both diverse and inclusive of diverse workforces.
"What I'm after is bringing the most diverse populations inside of my organization and tapping into the brilliant minds that come from a universe of experiences that are very different depending on how you grew up, your community, your neighborhood, how you solve problems," Tyson said at the AT&T event Tuesday.
"Inclusiveness is very important to me and that means when I step into the room — yes, I may be different from everybody at the table — but I don't have to 'fit in.' I get to come in and be who I am and I create a different organism inside of that group dynamic for us to take performance to the next level," he said.

Note: Before IBM Corporation can hire foreign workers permanently or temporarily, it must file labor certifications with the Department of Labor(DOL), demonstrating that it is paying the required wage for the positions in the geographic region where the jobs are located. Above table reports Labor Condition Application(LCA) for H1B visa and Labor Certification(LC) for green card filed by IBM Corporation. The data only indicates the number of applications filed by IBM Corporation. It does not mean that IBM Corporation actually got the visa and hired the workers.

Our LCA data includes LCA submitted for not only new employment, but also continuation or change in previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, change in employer and amended petition. Usually, only LCA for new employment needs H1B Visa quota if it is not cap-exempt.

IBM Corporation has applied for 39,129 LC and LCA from fiscal year 2016 to 2018. But this does not mean they really hired 39,129 foreign workers during this period.

IBM has been rated by 10 people, the average rating is 2.7.

      SEC Rules

      Reporting Requirements
The required disclosures and forms of disclosure vary depending on the situation and the registrant. In general, under Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act (codified in 15 U.S.C. § 78m), companies with registered publicly held securities and companies of a certain size are called "reporting companies," meaning that they must make periodic disclosures by filing annual reports (called a Form 10-K) and quarterly reports (called a Form 10-Q). Reporting companies must also promptly disclose certain important events (called a Form 8-K). These periodic reports include or incorporate by reference types of information that would help investors decide whether a company's security is a good investment. Information in these reports includes information about the company's officers and directors, the company's line of business, audited financial statements, and the management discussion and analysis section.

The Exchange Act also mandates disclosure at certain crucial points so that investors can make an informed decision before purchasing stock. Sections 14(a)-(c) (codified in 15 U.S.C. § 78n(a)-(c)) govern disclosure during proxy contests, when various parties might solicit an investor's vote on a corporate action or to vote for certain board members. All disclosure materials must be filed with the SEC.
