Southern Pacific lost in 1989. It was a winnable case as long the witnesses testified.
Why is data from this company here. There is a long tail investigation that began during the 1980s. I lost millions during Bennett v. Southern Pacific and later learned my 21 year old witness was murdered. That is not the only Dead Witness in this long tailed story.
