Benny Chetcuti Jr.

This person is one of several links between San Bruno and Walnut Creek. I've traced Chetcuti's business scams to Daly City, San Bruno, the East Bay, and beyond. Unfortunately there is old crowd from Bing Crosby's in the local real estate/mortgage/banker/developers who are interwoven. There are many designs, overlapping designs with circles that look like the old Amway meetings from the 70s. One particular real estate deal links Benny to
The Bing Lapus/ Benny Chetcuti / Roozzee real estate transaction connection is the main reason Lafayette Chief Christiansen refused to investigate my 2011 Hit and Run likely connected to the PG&E Laptop theft that I'm going to say is one of the worst domestic terrorism incidents in the country.  It's likely the maps were used to take out the Metcalf Station Attack.

Stephen Tanabe

Lived down the street from me in Danville. Prime suspect in blowing up my truck but arson is a tool Law Enforcement uses in Contra Costa County to solve problems.
It was attempted murder, it was premeditated, planned and likely connected to Alamo 1st Mormons, my ex-wife and the Danville Police.

Gary Vinson Collins

The core suspect in the Bennett/Collins/Danville Incident where Mr. Collins was allowed to beat a resident (300# to 160#) and try to kill said resident and was allowed to leave.
Sounds like a Hobbs Act Violation to me.

Louis Lombardi

This officer worked for San Ramon Police under Sheriff's department contract but Lombardi pulled me over on Green Valley Road, used his weapon as pulling his weapon then along with Danville Officers Tierney, Paul Murphy and Mike Ireland ran a full blown campaign of tickets that were further enforced when Judge Joel Golub added over time became $17,000 in fines that's keep me driving.

Tim Schultz (Captain)

Decided to falsely accuse Bennett of assault and battery on a City Employee in August 2012 the City Employees who later attacked Bennett at Panera Bread were OK to attack this resident as like all other Walnut Creek police investigations it's OK to beat residents when you belong to the UNION and covered by the Municipal Pooling Authority

Eric Bergen (PPD)

Convicted of murdering my friend Cynthia Kempf in 1988 during a failed takeover robbery.

George Elsie

Convicted of murdering my friend Cynthia Kempf in 1988 during a failed takeover robbery at the Pittsburg CA Railroad Ave Safeway

Paul Murphy

Creator of faked police reports which preceded the deadly Kinder Morgan Explosion in 2004 which is probably connected to Gary Vinson Collins who like many Cotra Costa Witnesses ends up dead.

Greg Thompson

Liked to drink at Dallimonte's bar - tried to attack me at the Martinez B of A stating he was going to drop me but he wasn't too happy when I verbally blasted him about his connections to CNET. Just another retiree from Walnut Creek beating on residents. Mr. Fish is actually a Walnut Creek Police officer that used to drink with Oberhoffer, Peter Branagh's personal secretary and that's where Randall Wanser hung out as well. It's in the neighborhood, the building is owned by one of Seeno's friends and that's why I got such a good deal.  It was too good to be true but in 2010 vacancy rates were high.

Mary Nolan

San Ramon Attorney convicted of tax evasion and conspiracy. She is not the only attorney to use Butler but currently is only attorney convicted and then disbarred.

Joel Bryden

Former Chief of Walnut Creek Police who o November 2nd 2011 was given documents/information regarding attorney Merritt Wiesinger, CNET and Danville Officers plus was fully informed of Bennett's FBI status, was one of several persons connected to CNET right around the time the FBI arrested Wielsch and Butler in 2011.  One conversation occured July 6th 2011, I was arrested the next day, then my PG&E laptop was breached, then my car was totaled in Lafayette CA by a police officer from San Francisco with connections to Hugh Smith (PG&E contractor) and Walnut Creek Police officers.

Mike Chan (Sgt)

Worked with Captain TIm Shultz who decided Bennett attacked a city worker. This allegation emerged a week after Bennett's car was totaled by a police officers connected to Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Pleasant Hill with cover provided by Lafayette Police

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT Out with the bad and in with the better

Senior Contra Costa County Law Enforcement Official and Concord Private Investigator Indicted
Two Alleged to Have Engaged in a Spectrum of Corrupt Activities, Including Stealing Methamphetamine and Marijuana from Evidence and Selling it for Profit, Protection of a Prostitution Establishment, and Armed Robberies of Prostitutes

U.S. Attorney’s Office August 15, 2011
  • Northern District of California (415) 436-7200
SAN FRANCISCO—A federal grand jury in San Francisco indicted Norman Wielsch of Antioch, Calif., and Christopher Butler of Concord, Calif., on Aug. 8, 2011, for federal narcotics offenses, civil rights violations, and extortion, United States Attorney Melinda Haag announced.
According to the indictment, Wielsch, 50, and Butler, 50, are alleged to have participated together in criminal activities made possible by Wielsch’s position as the commander of the Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET). The indictment alleges the following abuses of Wielsch’s position, in which Butler, a private investigator based in Concord, participated and assisted:
  • Wielsch, aided and abetted by Butler, stole from county evidence facilities methamphetamine and marijuana that had been seized in CNET operations. Wielsch and Butler sold some of the stolen narcotics and intended to sell the remainder. The quantity of methamphetamine sold by Wielsch and Butler was sufficiently large to trigger a mandatory minimum term of 10 years’ imprisonment, if proven at trial.
  • Wielsch and Butler participated together in a phony “sting” operation in which they falsely detained a person under the guise of a legitimate law enforcement operation, conducted warrantless searches, and kept narcotics that were taken from the person during the “sting.”
  • Butler opened a massage parlor in Pleasant Hill, Calif., in which prostitution activities took place. He required the women working in the parlor to make weekly payments, which he shared with Wielsch, in exchange for Wielsch’s agreement to provide protection to the women from law enforcement action.
  • Wielsch and Butler together conducted “stings” directed at prostitutes. Wielsch and Butler identified individuals they believed to be prostitutes through online advertisements and arranged meetings with them, typically in hotels. Wielsch and Butler then staged what purported to be legitimate sting operations, but instead of seizing evidence and citing the prostitutes, they unlawfully took the prostitutes’ money and property for themselves.
“This indictment alleges a pattern of lawlessness that not only violated the trust of the people of Contra Costa County, but also brings dishonor to all the fine men and women in law enforcement who work hard, do the right thing, and risk their lives every day protecting our communities,” U.S. Attorney Haag said. In May 2011, the Contra Costa County District Attorney asked the U.S. Attorney’s Office to lead the investigation. “The District Attorney’s Office led the initial investigation and did a thorough and professional job,” U.S. Attorney Haag said. “When the extent of the alleged misconduct became apparent, however, District Attorney Mark Peterson asked our office and the FBI to take the lead. We took that responsibility without hesitation.”
Wielsch and Butler were arrested this morning by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who have been investigating the case since May 2011.
The defendants’ initial appearance took place this morning in federal court in San Francisco; they are currently being held without bail pending detention hearings. Butler’s detention hearing is scheduled for Aug. 18, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins in San Francisco. Wielsch’s detention hearing is scheduled for Aug. 22, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler in Oakland, Calif.
The maximum statutory penalties for each count are as follows, although any sentence imposed by the court following conviction would take into consideration the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and the federal statute governing imposition of a sentence, 18 U.S.C. § 3553:
Count 1 – Narcotics Conspiracy, 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Wielsch and Butler)

Former CNET Commander Sentenced To 14 Years For Drug, Robbery, And Civil Rights Violations
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEMay 22, 2013
Norman Wielsch, the former Commander of the Central Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Team and a Special Agent Supervisor of the California Department of Justice, was sentenced to 168 months in federal court in Oakland, yesterday, United States Attorney Melinda Haag announced.

On December 5, 2012 Wielsch pleaded guilty to five felony counts – one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana and 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, one count of theft from programs receiving federal funds, two counts of civil rights conspiracy, and one count of Hobbs Act robbery.

In pleading guilty to the charges, Wielsch, 52, admitted stealing from evidence facilities $30,000 to $70,000 worth of marijuana and methamphetamine that had been seized during legitimate CNET raids. Specifically, Wielsch admitted that he stole at least twenty pounds of marijuana and more than 400 grams of high-purity methamphetamine (“ice”) between November 2010 and February 2011. He further admitted conspiring to distribute these drugs with his codefendant, private investigator and former Antioch police officer Christopher Butler, 51.

In pleading to the civil rights conspiracies, Wielsch admitted that he and Butler participated together in a phony “sting” operation in which they falsely detained a young man under the guise of a legitimate law enforcement operation, conducted warrantless searches, and kept narcotics that were taken during the “sting.” Wielsch also admitted that he and Butler staged what purported to be legitimate sting operations against prostitutes, but instead of seizing evidence and citing the prostitutes, they unlawfully took the prostitutes’ money and property for themselves. Wielsch acknowledged that they took more than $10,000 from individuals in the course of their prostitution robberies.

The sentence imposed by U.S. District Court Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong also included a $150,000 fine and five year period of supervised release. Wielsch has been in custody since he was remanded at the time of his guilty plea.

Wielsch and Butler were indicted by a federal Grand Jury on August 9, 2011. Butler pleaded guilty on May 4, 2012, to a Superseding Information charging the same narcotics conspiracy, theft from programs receiving federal funds, two civil rights conspiracies, and robbery counts to which Wielsch pleaded guilty, as well as extortion under color of official right and illegal wiretapping. On September 25, 2012, Butler was sentenced to 96 months imprisonment and a $20,000 fine, receiving a sentencing reduction for his cooperation with law enforcement in this and other investigations.

Hartley M. K. West is the Assistant U.S. Attorney who is prosecuting the case with the assistance of Alycee Lane. The prosecution is the result of a lengthy investigation by the FBI with the assistance of the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.

PG&E pleaded not guilty Monday

SAN BRUNO -- PG&E pleaded not guilty Monday to a new federal criminal indictment on felony charges linked to a fatal 2010 natural gas pipeline explosion here, and hours later, San Bruno officials requested that the state Public Utilities Commission preserve computer drives and digital data that could shed light on ties between the PUC and the utility it oversees.

The city of San Bruno, where eight people were killed in the pipeline explosion, says it's concerned that key emails, texts and other electronic documents, as well as paper documents, voice mails and handwritten notes could vanish amid a current effort by the PUC to swap out hard drives on its computers.

San Bruno City Manager Connie Jackson, and senior adviser Craig Bettencourt leave the federal courthouse following a federal indictment given to PG&E in
San Bruno City Manager Connie Jackson, and senior adviser Craig Bettencourt leave the federal courthouse following a federal indictment given to PG&E in San Francisco, Calif. on Monday, Aug. 18, 2014. PG&E pleaded not guilty on Monday to a new federal criminal indictment on an array of felony charges connected to a fatal natural gas explosion in San Bruno that could lead to a fine of up to $1.13 billion. (Gary Reyes/Bay Area News Group) ( Gary Reyes )
San Francisco-based PG&E is charged with 28 federal criminal counts, including obstruction of justice for allegedly impeding an investigation into the explosion and violations of the pipeline safety act that led to the explosion.

"Not guilty to all counts," Steven Bauer, an attorney for PG&E with law firm Latham & Watkins, said at the brief proceeding Monday before a federal magistrate at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. Individual employees of PG&E have not been charged in the case, and PG&E executives did not appear at the hearing.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Hallie Hoffman, who appeared for the federal prosecution in the proceeding, said the utility faces a fine of up to $1.13 billion if convicted.

Following the hearing, San Bruno City Manager Connie Jackson requested that federal prosecutors press for creation of a California pipeline safety trust to help improve natural gas pipes statewide, and to establish an independent monitor to oversee PG&E and the state Public Utilities Commission.

"PG&E has refused to step up and take full responsibility for the explosion," said Jackson, who expressed the city's support for the government prosecution.

San Bruno officials, in a letter to PUC Executive Director Paul Clanon, said it is essential that all electronic equipment, data and documents related to three ongoing investigations into the explosion be preserved and available for public inspection.

"Any failure to assure the preservation and protection of all paper and electronic documents related to these proceedings could form the basis of criminal or civil liability for destroying evidence or spoliation of evidence," Jackson wrote in the letter.

One of the federal criminal charges alleges that PG&E deliberately obstructed an investigation of the explosion by the National Transportation Safety Board.

Federal prosecutors also have charged PG&E with 27 alleged violations of pipeline safety rules.

"Based on all of the evidence we have seen to date and our review of the new indictment, we still do not believe that PG&E employees intentionally violated the federal Pipeline Safety Act," PG&E spokesman Greg Snapper said after the hearing. "Even where mistakes were made, employees were acting in good faith."

Separately, San Bruno pointed out that a series of emails between officials with the PUC and PG&E show a cozy relationship between the two organizations.

The latest suggestions of an improper relationship are linked to a cancelled symposium on gas safety sponsored by the state government. PG&E worked closely with the PUC on the symposium, which was canceled after San Bruno officials brought the meeting to light, calling it a "dog-and-pony show" aimed at presenting PG&E in a favorable light.

"This is appalling," Jackson said. "It was our protests that caused the cancellation of that symposium."

The symposium flap is one of numerous instances that suggest close ties between the PUC and PG&E. In some of the emails, PUC President Michael Peevey offered public relations advice to PG&E.

The emails involving the PUC have prompted numerous critics to demand Peevey's ouster.

But in a meeting last week with the editorial board of this newspaper, Gov. Jerry Brown expressed support for Peevey, describing him as "a very effective leader; he gets things done."

San Bruno says that the PUC, under Peevey's leadership, has fostered close ties with PG&E that are improper. "PG&E is pulling the strings at the PUC," Jackson said.

"Dirty DUI" Cop Convicted Of Extortion And Honest Services Fraud

"Dirty DUI" Cop Convicted Of Extortion And Honest Services Fraud

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 3, 2013

Stephen Tanabe, a former deputy with the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office, was convicted today by a federal jury in San Francisco, United States Attorney Melinda Haag announced. The jury found Tanabe guilty of two counts of extortion under color of official right, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951; three counts of wire fraud on a deprivation of honest services theory, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 1346; and one count of conspiracy to commit honest services fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349. Tanabe was acquitted on one extortion count.

According to evidence presented at trial, Tanabe conspired to and engaged in a scheme to take bribes in exchange for his services as a deputy sheriff, thereby depriving the people of Contra Costa County of their right to his honest services. Specifically, the evidence showed that Christopher Butler, a former Antioch Police Officer turned private investigator, was hired by wives and ex-wives engaged in divorce and child custody proceedings to arrange "stings" against their spouses, whom they told Butler had a propensity to drive under the influence of alcohol. Butler used "decoys" to entice the sting targets to bars in downtown Danville, where Tanabe was assigned to patrol, and encourage them to drink.

For one sting, Tanabe joined Butler in a bar while off-duty, watching two attractive young women working for Butler drink with a sting target. Evidence showed that, in exchange for a promise of cocaine, Tanabe notified an on-duty Deputy that the sting target was about to drive away, having been lured by the prospect of a hot tub with the two women. For two other stings, the evidence showed that Tanabe, then on-duty, waited outside the Vine Bar in Danville and then arrested the targets in exchange for a Glock handgun.

"This conviction confirms that Stephen Tanabe did not serve his community with honor or integrity, but instead set up unsuspecting citizens and abused the public trust," said United States Attorney, Melinda Haag. "Law enforcement officers are hard-working, honorable men and women who work selflessly every day to keep us safe. Stephen Tanabe is the exception, and he does not deserve the badge he was wearing."

The maximum statutory penalties for honest services wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 1346, conspiracy to commit same under 18 U.S.C. § 1349, and extortion under color of official right under 18 U.S.C. § 1951, are 20 years imprisonment; $250,000 fine; and five years of supervised release. However, any sentence following this conviction will be imposed by the court after consideration of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and the federal statute governing the imposition of a sentence, 18 U.S.C. § 3553.

Butler entered into a cooperation plea agreement with the government on May 7, 2012, and was sentenced on September 25, 2012, to 96 months in prison.

Tanabe, 50, was originally indicted on December 15, 2011. The Superseding Information on which he was tried filed June 12, 2013. Sentencing is scheduled for December 11, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., before U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer.

The U.S. Attorney specifically thanks Contra Costa County District Attorney Mark Peterson for his invaluable assistance and leadership into the investigation and prosecution of this case. The District Attorney and his office are vital partners in the federal efforts to address public safety in Contra Costa County.

Hartley M. K. West and Philip J. Kearney are the Assistant U.S. Attorneys who prosecuted the case with the assistance of Alycee Lane, Rosario Calderon, and Harriet Marmah. The prosecution is the result of a lengthy investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice.

City of Walnut Creek does it again - Threaten Candidate - Eject and Thwart

This potential litigant would have sued the City of Walnut Creek along with the driver in what would have been a successful personal injury case and for two years was lead astray by local attorney.  When the statues of limitations ran he was summarily told he didn't have a case.  The litigant suffered serious near fatal injuries, is permanently disabled, his body seriously crushed and mangled.

This is his accident record that was suppressed as the accident data recently appeared on the Traffic Injury Information Mapping System (TIMS) which is maintained by U.C. Berkeley under grants from the Federal Government and the State of California.

Other Hidden Accidents
Eiko Sugihara - burned alive in on Dec 4th 2009 - her death is technically an accident but

Mid August 2004
Pete Bennett: On or about August 15th 2004, a 1987 F-250 Truck burst into flames in Interstate 680 NB just north of the Danville Police department.  When a motorcycle unit arrived I explained it was arson pointing the loosened oil plug, oil flowing like water.  In addition that the officer clearly stated 911 dispatch received over ten calls stating flames were shooting back over 100 feet.  In essence I was a fireball that was nearly burned alive yet there is no record of the incident.  Please read the exchanges between SRVFPD and my self when I attempted to get copies of the fire report.  Just like Sugihara, Cambra, Marcus Burger and my five recent attempts to get police reports nothing but today was another repeat of prior events.

From Planning to Walnut Creek Police Department Front Counter
Today I attempted to learn of the progress of investigations regarding the last group of incidents.  I walked to the Police Counter from planning where I clearly told the clerk I didn't need a police officer, that all events regarding police officers have been met with doublespeak, chit chat, circle talk and mumbo jumbo answers.

I turn around to find several officers arriving and telling me nothing happened to me that my cars my stories were just stories, that my allegations were investigated, that requests for my police reports weren't needed because there was no crime and I wasn't allowed in the city.

This is about the fifth time I've been escorted by police from the city hall.  Today they escorted a candidate for office seeking information, documents and copies of police reports needed to show the residents of Walnut Creek the stark realities of witness intimidation, murder suicides, murders and suspiciuous deaths of many homeless throughout Contra Costa County who are essentially being slaughtered to path the way for developments.

Joe Canciamilla and Pete Bennett - the Pittsburg CA Connections 1981 to 1990

You may remember me from my efforts with the groundwork for starting the Pittsburg Seafood Festival which today has been a long term success.

Employment of Supervisors Glover's cousins as my cabinet shop and that Bennett, Glover and Bynum's are pretty much acquainted by age, graduation year, residence proximity and overlapping history.

Given your Pittsburgh legacy and history you like me are painfully aware of several distinct incidents.  For many these problems are over except in my situation simply put persons are trying to harm me.

Mainframe Designs Cabinet and Millwork's 545 then 546 Bliss Ave 1981 and 1990
I once operated a large cabinet manufacturing operation employing up to 15 workers, my clients were Safeway Stores, Contra Costa College, PG&E, Wells Fargo, Fresh Choice and Wendy's.  By 1987 I'd negotiated over 4 million in contracts with Wendy's and Fresh Choice.

Sadly in 1988 a takeover robbery took the life of Cynthia Kempf while during that same time frame my cabinet shop was targeted just like my software operation was targeted in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Danville.  Starting around 1985 I endured incidents that several years where I'd lost over $50,000 in tools, equipment and property.  Then I attempted resolution by turning to the police department where I filed reports and called 911 when I was facing a couple of drug addicts with guns.  No big deal just another Pittsburg shootout at 4 AM with me against three.

Over time I concluded that the Pittsburg Police were deeply involved and no matter how police reports I filed nothing happened then the FBI arrived along with several trustworthy police officers with the bad news.  They couldn't protect me from the shootings, break-ins and incidents like my four stolen vehicles.

Five years later I learned that Officer Bergen was the shooter of my friend Cynthia Kempf and we both knew her.

Cynthia Kempf

It doesn't stop there - we all knew the Bynum Brothers -  Please read the sad tragic litigation of how the Bynums were dragged through the courtroom where they took a secondary Courtroom sponsored beating where they encountered Attorney's defending the City of Pittsburg retained by the Municipal Pooling Authority.

I've recently created a blog on Contra Costa Homeless where I've gathered information that homeless are being targeted and harmed.  Last year a semi formal study revealed that over 40 homeless died.  Many were slaughtered by cars but on several occasions the same nearly happened to me.  The Walnut Creek Police have continually denied I'm being targeted even when their traffic / surveillance cameras had the Kodak Moment of which vehicles traveled near my accidents they still deny events.

This blog will mature as time permits but I lack time to remove unnecessary preseeded template items.  If the City would pay for my computer damaged by their officers life would be easy.  I hang in there everyday with Rat's running around my "hidden spot", imagine that "thehomelesscandidate.blogspot.com" fighting the Municipal Pooling Authority who by now have spend over $100K defending Banta's 13 Million Dollar claim, and now they've got defend the David Bremer claim where they say he beat himself to death on a suicide watch.

PG&E San Bruno Explosion
Please understand what my position is on these events.  Between February 2011 and July 2011 I was developing software for PG&E specific to the San Bruno Fire.  Last month PG&E was indicted for obstruction on the Superseding Indictment which coincidently covered obstructing or impeding an investigation.  I agree that PG&E has done that but more important is how my project fits that allegation.

First take a close look at this video - you have to wonder how a pipeline was able to send an explosion nearly 1/3 of a mile, how a PG&E Engineer who does high performance fluid dynamics calculations.  It's a fascinating subject of determining how liquids move from A to B but in my 2004 arson case it was simple.

The explosion that lifted 3 tons of pipe onto the street but didn't burn any houses?

There are series of videos near this fire that suggest the blast up street wasn't produced by Compressed Liquefied Gas but was more likely C-4 - my argument is that Commander Wielsch and Chris Butler possessed these explosives via what was partially revealed by the CAL DOJ investigation but my additional argument is the original source was the 1989 San Pablo Armory Theft which occurred right behind Contra Costa College where we often used to stage our cabinet installations.

CHP Failures JFRANCO@chp.ca.gov
The Contra Costa Arsonist Manual -
R&R: Drain oil from engine, when replacing oil use temperature sensitive wax gasket, replace oil with mixture of accelerant or regular and call it a 50/50 Mix - then call the POBAR attorneys to ensure your union brothers will not create a record of the fire leaving no trails to follow.

Where does this go?

Once again when attempting to glean records from the City of Walnut Creek as this mornings goals were, speak to the City Clerk, collect specific details on these projects which was handled with trepidation by staff.  I attempted to get this information several times in the last year.  In one instance the police came charging out - I was met with five officers and told that I wasn't allowed in the City Hall and that I was required to email the City Clerk.

So today I'm explaining to Walnut Creek Police officers that my truck fire is very important when the officer said he knew about our meeting nearly ten years ago where I've alleged consistently for over ten years (August 2004) that it was attempted murder.

These are the events occurring

Walnut Creek City Council Meetings
I've attempted to voice my concerns over three years, I've written letters, made calls and spent thousands of hours of my time researching incidents throughout the county.  In my public speaking period I've vetted incidents that have occurred and how on more than one occasion I've had my civil rights violated.  Since appearing a series of intentional incidents have occurred, instead of calling WCPD I've called the FBI or CHP's legislative security team called Threat Assessment Unit (TAU), when someone attempted to run me over on September 28th 2013 I called Officer Mike Soslo and Brian Wong who've been collecting information on events near me since 2011 when Senator DeSaulnier called them to go after me instead I've concluded one very glaring connection which I will detail below.

Running for Office and the Union is the same race
In every instance along this journey it's been Unionized workers but is not limited to just Police, in 2007 the Superior court clerks lost my Ex-Parte motion thereby deliberately interfering with my court motion which was a move away prevention order.  You think it's limited to me it's not, in the Matter of Marina Evans v. Mark Evans it is much worse.  I met Marina in 2004 but it took three years to learn what happened.  She was arrested in Walnut Creek held for 63 days on a serious Jay Walking charge.  The very troubling issue is they held an ex-parte motion in her absence.  This has been posted to my blog since March 2013.

Marina was brought to the holding cell and held captive by the deputies.  The court procedure is very clear - the bailiff is to check to see if the respondent is in custody, in custody for Jay Walking, she was screwed out of every nickel she's acquired.  The good news in her husbands Attorney offices were burned down with my attorneys offices in building owned by one of Benny Chetcuti's victims who managed to fleece over 30 million from investors.

The Maria Evans Story is not much different from the Jaycee Dugard story, held captive, denied her civil rights and due process, then I've got Joseph Welsch who was beat up my deputies, he wins a half million from the county, in my case a Danville Building Inspector beat me up right after my truck exploded on 680, Mr, Collins died an untimely death weeks after being linked to the CNET Scandal, along with Roma Bhatia and cub scout mom Loretta Hale.

The Victim Collage - Nate Greenan 04/18/2012
James Greenan's son was killed on WB-24 is not another accident to be ignored, Greenan represented the County against Chevron.  Nate grew up in Danville, he was 35 at the time of his death, his family raised him Mormon but he left the church, he went to Oakland Temple inside the Danville Stake which contains, Danville, Alamo and San Ramon.

The Fate of Attorneys and their families

One of the attorneys son committed suicide in the county jail.
One of the victims just gave birth to baby girl.

She was run over by car matching the description of the vehicle that tried to run me over not once but twice.

This one should get your attention -

In the above link Nate Greenan is holding a ceremonial sword (Left), and on the left is Ernie Scherer's III booking arrest photo.  The State's case boils down to time, motive and weapons.  One theory pitched over the rail was the missing sword from Scheerer La Brea residence was the weapon which was theorized by investigator Scott Dudek of Alameda County SO, Dudek was also the core investigator for the former DOE employee John Kelly who committed suicide in 2007.

Via Nate's Facebook pages I found him holding a ceremonial sword which was at least a year after Ernie III was convicted along with a very tight timeline between NV to NorCal to SoCal then to bed.

Who's connected to former Department of Elections Employee John Kelly?

Candidate for Office Eric Nunn - Fatal
Eric Nunn candidate for office, and BART officer Craig Wilson but it gets stranger as they also worked with Michael Maes, Timothy Smith and Robert Seymour.   In every case their deaths were untimely, a suicide, a plane crash, a murder suicide and officer involved shooting.

The strange part is John's suicide had the perfect witness - an off duty police officer and the Nunn crash in a demographic region consisting of less than five hundred residents, there were two perfect witnesses on the ground perfectly positioned to inform FAA investigator Ian MacGregor.

The relevance of all these snippets is I knew Nunn, Kelly, Maes, Chetcuti, Butler, Wielsch, Tanabe, and Lombardi.  I know all of them via phone, emails, or personally.  They inturn would know officers from Walnut Creek, CCSO, LPD, PHPD, and other cities where in turn each city I've had numerous incidents.

The Municipal Pooling Authority - serving the cities, their union workers and pretty much killing opposition, litigants and dissention.  This litigant has alleged Walnut Creek Police officers on numerous occasions tried to harm Bennett but that without a police investigation nothing will happen.

Ponzi Schemes Ala Carte
In 2013 after discovering that Commercial Building Owner Scott Bergren owned 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road which was hit by an arsonist in 2001, that arson case derailed my litigation.  One case was a payables dispute and the other was proposed litigation with Albert D. Seeno.  Over a decade later I've discovered that Benny Chetcuti Jr. sister was married to Chris Butler (Fed Prison) and that Benny grew up a mile from the San Bruno Explosion, that he knows persons in another company who's signs I discovered near the Walnut Creek Kinder Morgan Fire.  It should be noted that

Secretary of State
Election Division
1500 11th Street
Sacramento, CA 95814

Dear Secretary Bowen,

On August 7th 2014 I completed forms with the Walnut Creek City Clerk Suzie Martinez for City Council.  Everything was done properly.

On Monday I returned to get for nomination signatures and was told I could only submit 30 signatures.  The answer was in-congruent with prior information as I'd planned to collect 100 to be safe.

I believe part of this was a honest mistake that could have been overcome but when attempting to clear up other matters with Planning and Police Department eventually was escorted from the building and told not able to return for the rest of the day.

Members of the City Council, Staff and WCPD have attempted arrest, threats of arrests, false allegations of assault and have been this resident from accessing city records, called police when attempting to speak at public hearings, falsely informed officers that meeting was closed, attempted to arrest Bennett for disturbing meeting that had not started.

The CHP Threat Assessment has been investigating incidents since July 2011 accident that was attempted murder, are well aware of incidents in Walnut Creek, mugging of clients, roommates and long list of deaths since first meeting in 2011.  State Senator Mark DeSaulnier sent TAU to Bennett after Bennett faced off with officers with guns with clear threat of Bennett's safety.

On Monday a WCPD officer admitted to knowing about my 2004 arson case and that it was arson all along.  They've been co-conspirators all along or failed in their duties and WC city council failed to protect this resident

Failures of Contra Costa County Superior Court - An Argument for Obstruction of Justice Charges.

Failures of Contra Costa County Superior Court - An Argument for Obstruction of Justice Charges.
In 2004 I was attacked in Danville CA many times, the attacks came in various forms, arson, muggings, traffic stops, tickets and other forms of targeting.  These shadowy persons orchestrated a well coordinated campaign where they'd go after my contracts, clients and employers destroying my software consultancy thus sending my sons and ex-wife into the poor house.
At the time I was also carrying nearly one million in life insurance.  When my truck fire nearly burned me alive I turned to the police to no avail, I turned the FBI who said it wasn't their jurisdiction.  In spring 2005 someone tried to flip my truck with my sons and I when traveling SB 680 to 580 EB.  The other driver was killed.

My divorce case started in April 2004 and by summer my truck was ablaze on 680 near El Cerro Blvd just north of the Danville Police Department and CIty Hall located at here.
