Then I remembered how I knew Wielsch's - his father rented shop space a few doors down from shop on Cloverdale Ave Concord CA in 1981.Butler emerged in the late 80s in the east county when he was an Antioch cop with Wielsch and Tanabe. I met Officer Loius Lombardi with his gun drawn pointed at my head staying I was dealing drugs. WTF
