Dave Rangel intercepted Pete Bennett as he attempted to enter the elevator leading to the third floor location of offices of the City Attorney, City Manager and City Clerk plus the IT department where former Councilman Justin Wedel worked during the 1990s.Record:WalnutCreekPolice001
