My first meeting with Hillside Covenant Church was Christmas 2010 and they seemed genuine. Their youth director friended me around May 2011 but unknown was Hillside's connection to a Concord City Councilman whose grandson died under highly suspicious circumstances in Las Vegas. I learned about events via his daughter who like many sought me out in 2014.
