THE CNET SCANDAL ALIVE AND WELL?

THE CNET SCANDAL ALIVE AND WELL?

Attorneys William Gagen and Amanda Bevins represented PI Chris Butler in 2011 during the first arrests of police officers then in 2012 represented Greg Thompson of the Walnut Creek Police where he was sentenced to a year in the County Jail.

My two older brothers Alex Bennett and Cobbold Bennett stole roughly one million of my inheritence.  Then 2014 somehow the Strack Family of five were murdered in 2014.  Plenty of dead little on answers.

    • Deputy Sheriff

Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff

      Apr 1982 – May 199513 years 2 months

The county of Contra Costa is a rapidly growing, extremely diversified community. The population within the county is 948, 816 of which approximately 155,000 live within the unincorporated county areas. The Office of the Sheriff provides service for citizens ranging from the very wealthy, living in affluent areas to those who are completely dependent on welfare and live in county subsidized housing. The department has approximately 1000 employees; about 800 are sworn law enforcement officers, 4 Commanders, 8 Captains, 31 Lieutenants, 200 Sergeants, and 600 Deputy Sheriff’s. Duties have varied according to each assignment. Initially worked in Detention Division, then Patrol Division, and a few temporary assignments in Investigation and Administration Divisions. As a Deputy Sheriff in Detention, assigned to the Sheriff's Main Detention Facility, my responsibilities included the care, custody and control of over 790 incarcerated inmates. The housing unit Deputy was responsible for the supervision of 65-100 incarcerated inmates at any given time. While employed as a Deputy Sheriff, I was required daily to document detailed reports concerning incidents, crimes or civil events that were highly scrutinized by District and Defense Attorneys or other legal personnel. These reports were vital for potential prosecution and personal recall of critical events or circumstances. As a Patrol Division Officer, I worked as a “beat” officer and responded to various crimes in progress to apprehend suspects and/or investigate penal code, health & safety code or vehicle code violations. Worked in the Marine Patrol unit investigating boating accidents and providing boating safety. Frequently testified in Superior Court as a witness in criminal or civil related matters. A physical injury while performing my duties resulted in a permanent medical disability of my right knee and caused me to accept a medical retirement from active law enforcement service.

Homeless Deaths Near Trinity

Speaking of Homeless in Walnut Creek

Todd Cambra banned from Trinity Center froze to death, then John Dullich lost his life the same way the next day and Rhonda found murdered in Las Trampas Creek.  Back in 2009, Adam Milford was found just in San Ramon creek in front of Los Lomas High School and just down the road on Creekside was former Starbucks employee who finished his cosmetology training was splitting time between Starbucks and Salon Amore.

This man has been hit seven times within a 1/4 square mile of Traders Joes in Walnut Creek - deeper in the tape he states he landed on the windshield. Then two months after I interviewed him he was hit again - he's still alive - his July 11th accident

and mine was July 20th but wait there is more - we get free lunches served in Walnut Creek every Monday Civic Park Walnut Creek near the senior center. It's amazing as our other friend was murdered, and at least five others
are have been hit by cars. No one is listening and sooner or later will be killed in a hit and run, Marcus B. and Todd C. are in long term care and John Newman on March 30th 2012, Glen Davis Clayton Road Concord

Update: Code Enforcement Services during the Shelter In Place Order

The Code Enforcer

One of my intersections with the code enforcement was right here in the Memorial Park where it was clear somebody was retaliating against me happy electricians from the city came in and disconnected my plug then via a long list of accusational text messages accuses me of stealing power from the city of Walnut Creek.

One of the troubling parts of my story is the number of police calls directed at me over and over and over for over 10 years, he's trespassing, he's a vagrant, he is illegally camping and his car is parked let's give him $4,000 in tickets and then take his truck then deny claims in 2014 they did that by September relatives to his family was in Utah was killed.

Only five dead three under the age of 14 who's counting.

Someone is counting and has many on the radar.
