Connecting the PG&E Terrorists to Pete Bennett

During February 2011 a small PG&E Vendor made contact with software Developer Pete Bennett.  The vendor like Bennett was set up in connection to a complex cover-up connected to PG&E upper management and internal resources. 

The folks at TPG will have to answer to my Whistleblower Complaints on the truly odd collection of RFPs emanating from companies connected to Richard Blum, William McGlashan, CBRE, Regency Centers, Trammel Crow, Lennar, Catellus.

PG&E Documents Stolen on July 7th 2011 

Today this particular document is public record but in 2011 was the key advance planning document connected directly to the root cause of the San Bruno Explosion. 

The root cause was failure to perform Hydro Testing according the Rules and Regulations of State and Federal Pipeline Safety Acts.
